Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed with PlantsGiftCart. Placing an order means accepting them. This template needs review by your own legal advisor before the site goes live, and the placeholders marked in square brackets must be completed.
1. About us

2. Orders
An order is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation, not when a payment is made. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address is outside our serviceable network, or where pricing has been listed in error.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on product pages are per unit and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Bulk slab pricing is confirmed in a written quotation and holds for 15 days from the quotation date. Shipping is quoted separately for bulk and multi address orders.
4. Payment
Retail orders are payable in full at checkout. Bulk orders involving branding require an advance against production, with the balance due before dispatch. Credit terms may be extended to repeat clients at our discretion after the first two completed orders.
5. Branding and artwork
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork supplied to us, and you indemnify us against any third party claim arising from its use. Artwork is produced to the mockup you approve in writing. Once a physical sample or a digital mockup is approved, we are not liable for the outcome of that approved design.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines given are working day estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you supply.
7. Live goods
Plants are living products. Size, leaf count, colour and form vary between individual plants of the same variety. Photographs on this website are representative and not an exact depiction of the specific plant you receive.
8. Replacement and refunds
Governed by our refund and replacement policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of goodwill or loss arising from a gift not reaching a recipient on a specific date.
10. Plant safety
Several plants sold on this website are mildly toxic if ingested by humans or animals. Toxicity information is provided on product pages and care cards where relevant. You are responsible for considering the recipient’s circumstances when selecting a gift.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs and design, belongs to PlantsGiftCart unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [city].
