Succulent Corporate Gifts

Succulent corporate gifts are the easiest way to hand someone a living thank you that survives a real office. These plants store water in their leaves, so a missed Friday watering does nothing to them. Choose your pot size, pot material and pot design below, and every option can carry your logo from 30 units onwards.
Why succulent corporate gifts work so well in Indian offices
A succulent asks for almost nothing. It wants a bit of light, a small drink every ten to fourteen days, and no attention in between. That single fact is why succulents have quietly replaced diaries and dry fruit boxes on so many gifting lists. The person receiving it does not need a green thumb, a balcony or a reminder on their phone.
There is a second reason that matters to whoever signs off the budget. A succulent in a good pot sits on a desk in full view for months. Compare that to a hamper that is finished in a week or a pen that vanishes into a drawer. For roughly the same spend, you get a gift that keeps your brand in the room.

Who these gifts suit
Succulents fit almost every corporate occasion, but they shine in a few situations:

New joiner welcome kits. A 2 inch or 3 inch succulent fits inside a standard onboarding box without adding much weight or cost.
Work anniversaries. A slightly larger 4 inch echeveria in a ceramic pot reads as a considered gift rather than a token.
Client appreciation. Pair a jade plant with a printed card. Jade is associated with prosperity in Indian homes, which makes the gesture feel personal.
Event giveaways. Small succulents in kraft sleeves travel well in bulk and cost far less per head than most conference merchandise.

The succulent varieties we stock for gifting
We keep the varieties that handle transit, air conditioning and low light. Anything fussy stays out of the catalogue.

Pot size, pot material and pot design options
Every succulent in this category is sold as a plant plus pot combination. You choose the combination that matches your budget and the look you want. Here is how the three choices interact.

Pot size guide
2 inch pots
The smallest option and the one most onboarding kits use. It holds a single rosette or a young jade. Light enough that shipping cost stays low even at 500 units.
3 inch pots
The sweet spot for volume gifting. The plant looks established, the pot feels solid in the hand, and the price stays within most per head budgets.
4 inch and 5 inch pots
Use these for senior clients, milestone anniversaries and anything that will sit on a meeting table rather than a personal desk. The extra size reads as intent.
6 inch and 8 inch pots
Reserved for reception desks, cabin corners and combo arrangements holding two or three succulents together.

Pot material and what each one signals

Ceramic. The default premium choice. Takes crisp logo printing, comes in matte and glazed finishes, and feels substantial.
Terracotta. Breathable, which succulents genuinely prefer, and it carries an earthy handmade look. Best for brands with a natural or sustainable story.
Jute wrapped. The lightest and most affordable option. Cannot be printed directly but carries a woven tag with your name.
Metal. Modern and unbreakable in transit. Suits technology and finance brands and takes laser engraving cleanly.
Bamboo fibre. The choice when sustainability is part of the message. It is lightweight, printable and biodegradable.

Pot design variants
Once you pick a size and material, the design decides the personality of the gift. We offer matte solid colours, glossy glazed finishes, geometric faceted shapes, embossed textures, hand painted patterns, clean minimal white, and a logo branded finish that carries your artwork on the front face.

Bulk succulent gifting: pricing, timelines and branding
Slab pricing starts at 30 units of the same plant. You can mix pot sizes and designs inside one order as long as the total quantity crosses the slab. Below 30 units you can still order at the listed price with no minimum at all.

How logo branding works
Send us a vector file, either AI, EPS or a high resolution PDF. We share a digital mockup on your chosen pot within one working day. Once you approve it, ceramic and bamboo fibre pots are pad printed, metal pots are laser engraved, and jute wraps get a woven tag. Orders above 100 units also get one physical sample couriered before the batch runs.

How the plants reach the desk alive
This is the part most buyers worry about, and fairly so. Each succulent travels with its root ball wrapped in coir and the soil surface sealed so it does not spill. The pot sits inside a moulded insert that stops it moving in the box. Succulents handle three to five days in transit without stress because they are storing water in their leaves the whole time.
If a plant does arrive damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement. There is no claim form and no argument about it.

Care instructions we include in every box
Every gift carries a small card with four lines of care instruction in simple English. It tells the recipient how often to water, where to place the pot, what an overwatered succulent looks like, and what to do about it. That card is the difference between a plant that lives for years and one that dies in a month.
[pgc_faq title=”Succulent Corporate Gifts: frequently asked questions”]
[pgc_q q=”What is the minimum order for succulent corporate gifts?” open=”1″]Slab pricing starts at 30 units of the same succulent. Below that there is no minimum at all, so a team of eight can order eight plants at the listed price. Logo printing needs 30 units because of the setup involved in pad printing.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”Can you print our company logo on the succulent pots?”]Yes. Ceramic, metal and bamboo fibre pots carry printed or engraved logos from 30 units onwards. Jute wrapped pots take a woven tag instead of direct printing. Send a vector file and you get a digital mockup within one working day.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”Which succulent is the safest choice for a mixed group of employees?”]Jade plant. It handles low light, tolerates two weeks without water, is not toxic to touch, and carries a positive association with prosperity in most Indian households. Haworthia is a close second if you need something smaller.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”How long do succulents survive without watering in an air conditioned office?”]Ten to fourteen days comfortably. Air conditioning dries the air, which succulents actually prefer over humidity. The bigger risk in an office is overwatering by a well meaning colleague, which is why our care card explains what soggy soil looks like.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”Do succulents need direct sunlight to stay alive on a desk?”]No. Bright indirect light near a window is enough for jade, haworthia and echeveria. A desk that only gets ceiling light will slowly stretch the plant, so we suggest placing it within about two metres of a window if possible.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”What pot size should we choose for an employee onboarding kit?”]A 2 inch or 3 inch pot. It fits inside a standard onboarding box, keeps the shipping weight low, and stays within most per joiner budgets. Save 4 inch and above for anniversaries and senior client gifting.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”How much do succulent corporate gifts cost per unit?”]Entry level 2 inch succulents in jute wraps start around a few hundred rupees per unit, and 4 inch plants in logo printed ceramic pots sit at the higher end. The exact figure depends on quantity, pot material and whether branding is involved, so share your headcount and budget for an accurate quote.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”Can you deliver succulents to individual employee home addresses?”]Yes. Share a spreadsheet with names, addresses, PIN codes and phone numbers. We split the shipment, dispatch to each address, and send you one tracking sheet covering every parcel so you are not chasing couriers.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”How far in advance should we place a Diwali succulent gifting order?”]About three weeks. Festive weeks are the busiest period of the year for both nurseries and couriers. Logo printed pots need seven to ten working days after artwork approval, and you want buffer on top of that for delivery.[/pgc_q]
[pgc_q q=”What happens if a succulent arrives damaged?”]Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. This applies to every order, including bulk. We would rather replace a plant than have a damaged gift sitting on someone’s desk with your logo on it.[/pgc_q]
